BOOKING A PARTY
Simple steps to booking a party are:
1) Confirm the number of guests you want to invite
2) Confirm the treatments & any extras you would like the include.
3) Confirm the date and time slot you want is available and the make the deposit to save the party slot.
I have been successfully organising parties now for over 8 years and one of the reasons I believe these parties are such a big success is that I genuinely love my job! I care a lot and I am committed to making each party the best experience possible for the birthday girl and all her guests. I am passionate about making every party that is booked at head over heels the best party your daughter ever has.
My team and I will make sure that not only does the birthday girl feel special and perfectly pampered but also that every guest has an amazing time in our beautiful salon.
So, all you need to know now is how do I book? We simply take £65 deposit to hold a date and the rest is payable in cash on the day of the party or can be transferred to the buisiness account 14 days before the party date.
How to book a party
Extras and the number of guests invited (the maximum possible that could attend) need to be confirmed before paying the deposit to reserve your party slot. To make sure we have sufficient staff and stock for the party. At least one treatment needs to be added to each party.
Four weeks before the party I ask for confirmation of guest attending and then the balance is calculated using this number. Once the balance has been confirmed this must be paid regardless of children that do not turn up.
Please understand no slot is saved until the above details are given and then finally the deposit is sent. Once this is received, I will send confirmation and fill in the party booking form. This is the only way to safely secure your chosen party slot. Until ALL steps are complete the slot is not saved. I have so many enquiries daily, if I reserved slots in any other way it would not be fair or manageable. 😊
Please understand that parties are what we specialise in and because they are so popular you will need to book in advance to get your desired date. Parties are tailored to the age of your princess, for example a party for little princess ages 3 will most probably consist of dressing up and glitter tattoos where as a party for a slightly bigger princess age 14 will be more focused on make up , catwalk and the photo shoot.
