No, we have successfully organised Parties for 25 girls before aged between 2-12! The number of guests you invite is completely your choice .
Parties for 3-4 guests will obviously be a different atmosphere to a large party. It really depends on whether you want a small more intimate party or a larger lively one.
The average number of guests is approximately 10. However parties work well with any number of guests, as I carefully plan each party out to make sure it runs as perfectly as possible.
No I have done Parties for just 3 girls! The only requirement is to reach the minimum spend, which depending on the day of your party falls will be between £100-£400
Yes, depending on the day you choose the minimum spend is as follows:
Monday-Thursday £100
Friday-£165
Saturday £185
Sunday £400
You can tailor a party to your own budget this way and build it to suit your requirements and preferences.
The average party is 1.5 hours however there is an option for larger parties to add additional time for an extended disco.
We do not offer a free service to look around the salon. I have had a professional interior tour video created, this is on the home page.

The salon is by appointment only. Due to increased energy costs, I only go into the salon when I have parties or pamper sessions booked and the rest of the time work from home.

At the time the party starts or if you wish to be there to greet the guests & bring a cake or food just 5 mins before . As we will be setting up and want the birthday girl to walk into a perfectly prepared salon.
No it is a drop off party, a maximum of two adults to stay and minimum of one. Unless a child is distressed, or has a medical need that requires her guardian to stay but please make me aware of this at time of booking.
Firstly the girls tend to have more fun this way! Also we simply do not have enough space. The party becomes difficult to complete safely, when we have to keep asking adults to move and the children just do not have as good an experience.
One Mom or guardian must stay the entire length of the party for insurance reasons. A maximum of 2 adults per party if you want extra adults to stay there is a charge of £40 per adult, (not including circumstances mentioned above).
If a child is very young and crying and clingy then obviously we make an exception to this rule but the parents will be allocated a seat and asked to stay back from the main party area unless there child is distressed.
At time of booking I ask for the amount of guest you intend to invite. This gives me a maximum size of the party.
Then four weeks before the party I will need confirmation of the number of guest who can attend. At this point I calculate the party balance. It is not calculated on the original number you give, only when you confirm guests.
Yes, please understand we are a very small Business and staff and stock still need to be covered regardless of no shows.
I will try my best to make up for this and when possible give it back in treatments. However sometimes this is not possible and making your party run smoothly and be as much fun as possible is always my priority.
Yes of course, we provide food but if you prefer to bring your own then that is fine too.
Please infirm at time of booking, so I can set out a space for it to be placed . Also ALL rubbish and left over from the food must be taken away with you as unfortunately we do not have the facility to dispose of this kind of waste.
There is a small charge to bring food, just to cover cleaning up and additional staff costs. However if you bring your food all in party boxes (happy meal style) and it is taken home rather than eat in the salon there is no charge.

Yes, every guest must be paid for that attends the party . The only exception to this is if you have a sibling who has exceptional additional needs. In this case they can join in at no extra cost but please inform me of this at the time of booking.
Yes please do not ask if prices can be changed . We work hard to offer the best service in the nicest environment. Regardless of age or anything else the prices remain the same. Some prices are more for children over a certain age and this is clearly displayed on the party prices page.
No, the beauty of a party at Head Over Heels is that we take away the stress , we organise everything and we tidy up everything!
All that is left for you to do is bring along your princess, sit down relax have and watch them have fun.
Yes of course you can! The salon is very glittery and designed specifically for parties. If you want anything extra feel free to bring it along.
Just understand you can only come into the salon 5 minutes before, as we have to set up for the party ourselves.
Yes of course I've done 3 littlest boys make up so far :) they had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed exploring their feminine side! We welcome everyone at Head Over Heels and make them feel entirely comfortable. However we do not force any one to take party in any of the party they are not comfortable with.
If for any reason you think this may happen or for example a child maybe distressed by loud noises (music) or anything else please try to make us aware at time of booking. As at head Over Heels, we take inclusivity very seriously and want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome here.
Yes I've had quite a few tom boys :) attend parties over the years whose moms have been adamant they will not join in , by the end they have been pouting and hair swishing enjoying trying something different . I find the key to this is never to push a child and let them decide exactly which treatments they would like to try and let them have complete control over the situation .
No one will ever be made to feel they have to wear lipstick or they have to act in a different way to fit in. Everyone is welcome and entitled to be completely themselves.
